Condoms are very affective against both pregnancy and STD's but only when used properly. The main cause of condom failure is not breakage but improper use of them. There are different shapes and sizes for a reason and purchasing different types to try them on and see the best fit may be embarrassing and cost a a little money but it will be more embarrassing and expensive if you get a girl pregnant or catch a disease. If you use a condom that is too big it can slip off, too small and it can break. Learn how to properly put on a condom because if put on wrong it can cause the same problems. Be careful and be safe. of course this is for those who are not wanting to get pregnant and/or are wanting to protect themselves or their partner from an STD.

Tips For The The Wedding Night

I have had several friends who waited until their wedding night and been EXTREMELY nervous and disappointed. There are several things you should know before your first time as a woman.

1.The BIGGEST thing you need to remember is lubrication! i STRONGLY suggest the brand pink it has 3 healing agents in it that will help any tearing so that you are not too sore for round 2.

2. take it slow. It is not a race to the finish it is something that you have to be gentle with and work to make it special, it will not be the best sex of your life but try to make it romantic and gentle.

3. 5. Read up on the different things you want to try and research questions you have before the big night.

6. Do not drink too much at the wedding, alcohol can make you crash or not remember and you dont want that, you may think it will relax you but it can do the opposite and make you too chatty or tired.

7. Set the mood. Light candles, put out rose petals, get some chocolate body paints, buy some bubble's for the bath, explore some toys, buy some pheromone spray, and wear some sexy lingerie.

8. It is ok to be loud don't hold it in but DON'T fake it! If you are not honest and dot tell him what works and what doesn't he will do the wrong thing every time and you may never orgasm.

9. TURN OFF ALL ELECTRONICS! shut those phones OFF, no lap tops, no TV it is about the two of you! No interruptions! mood music is ok but the rest of it has to go!

Awkward things happen to everyone

Air- MEN do not judge of laugh at us for air coming out of areas! it is technically your fault anyways!!! It is a strange normal thing that happens to women and it occurs more in certain positions.

Pole Aerobics

I did my certification class for pole aerobics this weekend and it was quite a workout! let me tell you! I see a fun future ahead of me! I was so sore after 8 hours of working out! Vows

Once you have been married for a while sometimes we get stuck in life. We need a change and a little romance. Redo your vows! make new ones that go along with your life now! Plan 2 dates, one where you discuss this topic and then you will show them to each other on the next date. It can be a mixture of fun and silly things like; "i vow never to buy mustard" or "I vow to never wear that _______ again," or serious/romantic things "I vow to give you a back massage on Friday nights," or "I vow to schedule sex for at least one night a week." Keep it light but serious at the same and explain why you chose those things and it shows how much you listen to and know each other by the things that you choose that you know they want.

He doesnt want it!

I know the stereotype is that women do not want to have sex and men are frustrated, but i have found with many of my friends it is the men who cant keep up which can be frustrating for the women. Sometimes this makes the men want sex even less because they feel like something is wrong with them and they dont measure up to their sexual partner so they do not want to try. The biggest thing is communication! Talk through all of your issues and let him know that you are attracted to him and you think he is sexy! the words "sexy" and "hot" make men jump out of their skin. Also let him know how great he is in bed and that you just want more of him! If it feels like that is not getting to him then there is a bigger issue, either erectile dysfunction, which he could be ashamed of and doesn't want to go to the doctor, or something even deeper. Talking is the biggest way for men or women to get their lover to want them in bed!

A bed of roses

I love it when my husband puts out roses, but girls can do it for their guys as well. it makes the atmosphere so nice! i like to bring them with me whenever we are staying in a hotel or go on vacation. Also i will randomly light the candles and put out the rose pedals when i know he has had a long day, even if it is just to give him a massage!

This is an amazing little deck of cards that give you great ideas for dates while on a budget. They are all extremely fun and some are very original. My husband and i purchased this in the beginning of our marriage and we have used quite a few of these! We have been able to not think about have to spend a ton of money to continue dating each other. This nice little deck takes out our biggest excuse of why we do not go out on dates with our spouses. It is so important to spend that one on one quality time together.

This is my favorite candle! It is a kissable massage candle. I will post the description below. This one smells like watermelon jolly ranchers and burns only a couple of degrees above body temperature so it is safe to pour directly to the skin or dip your finger into the oil. My reason for this blog

I have a strong desire to empower and give knowledge to couples and give them the tools to make their marriage and sex life a success. I strongly believe sex is best when saved for marriage, research (including self experience) has shown the hurtful affects of promiscuity prior to marriage but there is a way to overcome it.
You are more likely to not have as strong of an intimate bond with your spouse  if you have not remained faithful before marriage. Make it fun, know your body, and tell each other what you need! You need to be open to explore different avenues as well as be comfortable enough to tell your partner if you are not comfortable with something.
As a Christian woman i know that the times when i do not want to have sex with my husband are the times i need to the most. The intimacy and the bond that it creates helps you overcome so much and brings you closer together and into a realm where you can talk about key issues.

Wet Together

This lubricant can be compared to the KY yours and mine. This has been flying off the shelves at the bottom i posted the description of this. I bought it and we LOVE it! my son spilled half of the "hers" side :( that made me sad but you only need a little bit of the hers. unlike the KY brand these NEVER mix because one side is water based and the other is silicon based so it is like oil and water and you feeling that is best for you stays there but when they transfer from the "act" the feeling of both is AMAZING!
